I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa at Sampoorna Yoga in India - a transformative journey that deepened my connection to the practice and inspired me to share it with others.

Yoga found me during a period of personal challenge. Initially drawn to the physical side, I soon discovered its deeper gifts: a path to reconnect with myself, heal my relationship with my body, and cultivate true self-compassion. It became a practice of intentional movement, embodied gratitude, and mindful living both on and off the mat.

My classes are heart-led, both grounding and uplifting. You can expect a strong, yet accessible, intentional flow with plenty of space to explore, finding strength in both movement and stillness. I weave together meditation, pranayama, asana, and yoga philosophy to offer a holistic experience that supports a deeper connection to self.

I’m passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where students feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. My hope is that you leave each class feeling a little lighter, more present, and more connected to your body, your breath, and yourself.
