About me
I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa at Sampoorna Yoga in India in 2024, a transformative experience that deepened my connection to the practice and set me on the path to sharing it with others.
I found Yoga during a time of personal struggle. I was initially drawn to the physical aspect, but discovered its deeper benefits - a way to reconnect with myself, heal my relationship with my body, and cultivate genuine self-compassion. It became a practice of moving with intention, honouring my body with gratitude, and learning to live more mindfully both on and off the mat.
My classes are heart-led, crafted to be both grounding and uplifting. I invite you to slow down, emphasising moving with intention and connection to breath through a slow and strong sequence. I hope to provide the space for a deeper connection with the self as you discover the effects of strength in stillness. I weave together meditation, pranayama, asana, and yoga philosophy to create a holistic experience that supports students in coming home to themselves.
I teach across both London - where I’m predominantly based - and York, where I’m from.
I’m passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where people feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. My hope is that you leave each class feeling a little lighter, more connected, and deeply empowered.
